TSGMoments - U10 success over Koblenz and OFC

Next stop U10. The 2011 crop thrilled the spectators with their strong performances, both in preparation and in league play, and finished the season without dropping a point and with a goal difference of 48:8.

Two highlights are particularly memorable. One was the first test match of the season against TuS Koblenz, which was won 3:13, and the other was the 6:2 test match win against Kickers Offenbach before the next lockdown. Here, the newly assembled squad convinced with a lot of enthusiasm and full-throttle soccer. In the home match against OFC, our 2011 players demonstrated their commitment and mentality. Against Offenbach playing strongly, the Wiesecker acted defensively safe and could come again and again after switching moments in front of the opponent's goal. With three goals in five minutes, through the offensive players Liam Kümmel and Mats Heuser, our U10 pulled away and did not let himself take the lead.

Our trainer team Kiefaber/Demir was particularly pleased with the way his charges played soccer: "The boys have been able to convince with their incredible joy in the game, as well as with their willingness to fight and work for each other and with each other, in every training session and every game, both football-wise and humanly. Our "little ones" have shown really great soccer and with their performances in recent years have done great advertising for children's soccer throughout Germany."
