Welcome to the Youth Academy
TSG Wieseck has become the address when it comes to training and promoting young talent in the Central Hesse region. In all age groups, the youth teams of TSG Wieseck play in the highest Hessian league and their second teams in the corresponding second-highest league. In addition to numerous good placements in the Hessenliga, even the promotion to the C-junior regional league could be realized in the 2010 season. Former junior players of TSG Wieseck made the leap to the junior training centers of the Bundesliga clubs or were able to realize the leap as part of Bundesliga squads. As a sign of the permeability of the Wieseck talents, there is close cooperation and constant exchange with the junior training center of Eintracht Frankfurt.
This positive development is a confirmation, but at the same time also a challenge for the future positioning of TSG Wieseck. As a self-confessed district club, a family atmosphere in which players, parents and club representatives feel well received and recognized is very important to us. Only in this feel-good atmosphere, which must be combined with the idea of performance, can the best possible development of talent and further development of our own youth development be guaranteed. In order to maintain and promote this situation, clear norms and values are required, which imply both rights and responsibilities of each individual in dealing with teammates, colleagues, parents and opponents:
- Respect and recognition of personal freedom while respecting one's own guidelines.
- Willingness to help and understanding of personal concerns/problems
- Respect and appreciation of different cultures, religions nationalities, skin colors, sexual orientation and social status
