Why does TFM exist? - Our idea

At the moment, well-trained junior kickers are very much in vogue. Not only the German national team, but also the Bundesliga coaches are increasingly relying on talented youngsters from the youth.

But what is meant by a good education and how can it be provided to talented youth kickers?

This is exactly why we initiated the Talentförderung Mittelhessen. We want to offer a package for young athletes that promotes and develops them individually in terms of sport, but also advises and supports them in important questions concerning the most beautiful sport.

The Talentförderung Mittelhessen is a proven addition to club soccer as well as the promotion measures of the association.
